VIARA app is a community management platform that integrates Roblox and Discord to provide account verification, role synchronization, application management, and other administrative features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

When you link your Roblox account to VIARA, we may collect:

• Roblox User ID

• Roblox Username and Display Name

• Public Roblox profile information provided through Roblox OAuth

• Discord User ID

• Discord Username

• Linked account relationship (Discord x Roblox)

• Application submissions (if applicable)

• Verification timestamps

• Administrative logs relating to actions performed through VIARA

VIARA does not collect your Roblox password or Discord password.

The collected information is used solely to provide VIARA features, including:

• Verifying ownership of a Roblox account

• Linking Roblox and Discord accounts

• Synchronizing Discord roles

• Processing department applications

• Managing community permissions

• Preventing impersonation and fraud

• Recording moderation and administrative actions

VIARA does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Information may only be shared:

• with Roblox services as part of the OAuth authentication process,

• with Discord as part of bot functionality,

• when required by applicable law.

Linked account information and application records are securely stored in a SQL database operated by VIARA.

Only authorized administrators have access to administrative records.

VIARA retains linked account information only as long as necessary to provide its services.

You may request that your linked account information be removed at any time by contacting the server administration or using the built-in Discord bot commands, which permamently removes your records from the server.

Administrative logs may be retained longer for security and moderation purposes.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect stored information against unauthorized access.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

VIARA relies on the following third-party platforms:

• Roblox Corporation

• Discord Inc.

• Railway (hosting)

• Other infrastructure providers used to operate the service

Their own privacy policies also apply.

VIARA does not knowingly collect information beyond that provided through Roblox and Discord authentication.

Users should comply with Roblox's and Discord's respective age requirements.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available at this page.

VIARA only requests the minimum Roblox permissions required to verify your identity and associate your Roblox account with your Discord account. VIARA does not request permission to modify your Roblox account, access your password, or perform actions on your behalf.
